Child and Young People

Designed for education and care professionals, this programme helps staff understand behaviour as communication and respond with empathy and consistency. It introduces the impact of trauma, sensory processing, and attachment, and builds confidence in using calm, co-regulated approaches to reduce distress and keep everyone safe.

Staff learn practical ways to create predictable environments, manage escalation safely, and rebuild trust after incidents, supporting both immediate safety and long-term emotional wellbeing.
